At Bagstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unused item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
